Ash-- I got to know their songs through Gran Turismo 1 for the PSone, and Burnout 3: Takedown. I was addicted to "Orpheus" so I purchased Meltdown. Meltdown was pretty good, actually.
Anyway, this song is Ash's latest single, part of the A-Z series which will begin at September 2009-ish. They stopped releasing albums, so they moved on with releasing singles instead, yeah, even free downloads.
When my little brother introduced me to this song, my impression was that this doesn't sound like an ordinary Ash tune. After listening to the song at around the third time, I started stepping this really catchy song.
Even Standard has the gallops. This can be useful practice for anyone who would want to time gallops correctly.
Basic could be quite reminiscent of the easier DDR steps back in 2nd Mix (or ReMix, since 20, NOVEMBER (DDR version) was my basis for the chart). Plus, freeze arrows.
