It's one of my favorite banners now, the ones which I have made at least.
This song is actually about war, once listening to the lyrics carefully. It's about war, but not attacking. It's more of the "DO NOT WANT" side.
The person doesn't want war, he doesn't want to see his people get killed. He can't close his eyes, and he asks that someone closes his eyes for him. He just can't.
